The 'New-Age Manager' was a 'one of its kind' program which was very experimental yet innovative and engaging in nature. Looking at management from a more holistic perspective using insights from Neuroscience, it helped participants tap into their innermost being and identify where they lack as a manager in order to then figure ways of improving themselves in those specific areas.
